In May 2021, 417 townhouses and single family homes were sold in Tallahassee. The average list price was $278,222, with an average sold price of $279,015. As you can see, in today’s market, there is very little wiggle room for buyers when it comes to offering less than list price, as homes are often currently selling for more than they are being listed for.

In June 2021, the Tallahassee residential real estate market saw another bump in average home prices, with the average sold price being $304,269 (a $25,000+ jump from last month’s average). In June, the average number of days a home was on the market was 36.
