However, this neighborhood is unique in that it offers a home at almost every price point. Eagle’s Ridge, located within the Golden Eagle community, has smaller lots. Many of the homes here are around 1,500 sq. ft. There’s also a section of duplexes (called The Landing at Golden Eagle) that are very affordable, while still allowing residents access to all the amenities this subdivision has to offer.
Most residents will agree that the crown jewel of the neighborhood is the gorgeous lake that everyone in the subdivision has access to and can enjoy. It is particularly delightful during sunrise and sunset.

Over the past 6 months, the average sales price for a home in Golden Eagle is $688,376. This is up from $632,414 from six months ago. The current average for price per square foot sits at $202, and has continued to rise since July 2021, with a slight dip in October.

In October 2021, 2 homes sold in the Golden Eagle and 1 home sold in the Glen at Golden Eagle. The average listing price of these homes was $444,633, the average sales price was $437,000, which is 98% of asking (or $7,633 under). The homes averaged 4-beds, 3-baths at 2,407 sq.ft and sold after 42 days on the market on average.
In November 2021, 2 homes were sold in the Golden Eagle neighborhood. One home was listed at $276,000 (a 3-bed, 2-bath at 1,595 sq.ft) and sold at 100% of asking after 27 days on the market. The second home was listed at $275,000 ( a 3-bed, 2-bath at 1,502 sq.ft) and sold for $284,000, which is 103% of asking (or $9,000 over) after 13 days on the market.
In December 2021, 9 homes were sold in the Golden Eagle neighborhood: 3 in the Glen at Golden Eagle, 3 in Golden Eagle Plantation, and 3 in Golden Eagle proper. The average listing price for homes in the area was $652,855, with a high of $1,350,000 and a low of $309,900. The average selling price was $635,000. As you can see, there is a wide range of prices in this neighborhood. Homes average 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sold around 36 days after being on the market.

Back in the 1980s, when the Golden Eagle community was first built, residents had to drive a long distance for shopping and dining options. However, today there is an abundance of activities just minutes from the neighborhood.
For instance, one can now enjoy easy access to the Bannerman Crossings Center. This center has all the essential stores in one location. There's a dry cleaner, walk-in health clinic, Walgreens, barbershop, pet supply store, nail salon and more.
