The 6-month average sales price for a Southwood home is $448,067. The average year built for homes in this neighborhood is 2005. Buyers can expect to pay 100% of the asking price due to the current shaping of the housing market.
In the past 6 months, Approximately 63 homes sold in this neighborhood, which is a lot for a Tallahassee neighborhood. This is due in part to the fact that Southwood is one of the biggest subdivisions in the city.
