Summerbrooke is divided into two subdivisions - Summerbrooke and The Groves at Summerbrooke. Between the two, there are more than 800 homes, with the majority being in the Summerbrooke neighborhood.

SUMMERBROOKE COUNTRY CLUB

The country club is called The Golf Club at Summerbrooke, but it’s so much more than just golf! This is the ideal venue for large special events like weddings, meetings, receptions and more, as it holds up to 125 people.

Members also can enjoy the 2,100 sq. ft. resort-style swimming pool. There’s a wade-in area for small children, as well as a splash pad with fountains. The fun doesn’t stop when the sun sets. There are also fire pits for evening gatherings. 

Of course, if you are a Summerbrooke resident who loves to golf, you’re covered. The course was originally built in 1993 by Dean Refram however, it was modified in 1997, which has allowed for improvements to the fairways, greens and tees. The course, with its rolling hills and lake views make it one of the most scenic golf courses in Tallahassee.
