About Chemonie Crossing Homes for Sale

Residents of Chemonie Crossing tend  to stay in their homes for a long period of time. In 2019, there were only 11 homes for sale and in the first half of 2020, only 4 homes sold. Although the majority of the houses were built in the 1990s, many have features that are still trendy and desirable today. Most homes feature large kitchens, hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. 


When it comes to size, houses range from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet, feature 3 to 4 bedrooms, 3 to 4 bathrooms and generally have large backyards big enough for a pool, outdoor kitchen and swing set. 

 

Major Streets located in the Chemonie Crossing Community

Old Chemonie Road is a large loop that encircles the Chemonie Crossing community. Within the neighborhood there’s a small pond that some of the residents live on. Although the neighborhood does not have sidewalks throughout, there are large, grassy easements on either side of the street. The majority of the homes for sale are located along the following roads:

Two neighborhoods similar to Chemonie Crossing include Killearn Estates and Highgrove. Both of these subdivisions were built in the late 80s and early 1990s, feature larger lots (compared to most of the new construction homes in the area today), and have 3-4 bedrooms.
