About Chemonie Crossing Homes for Sale

Residents of Chemonie Crossing tend  to stay in their homes for a long period of time. In 2019, there were only 11 homes for sale and in the first half of 2020, only 4 homes sold. Old Chemonie Road is a large loop that encircles the Chemonie Crossing community. Within the neighborhood there’s a small pond that some of the residents live on. Although the neighborhood does not have sidewalks throughout, there are large, grassy easements on either side of the street. Two neighborhoods similar to Chemonie Crossing include Killearn Estates and Highgrove.
