Rachael Davis, a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Hartung, has spent her entire professional career acquiring a complete experience in all aspects of real estate, from closing transactions, sales, property management, new construction and lending. Real estate is her passion. She has a strong background in sales & marketing and degrees in real estate and finance from Florida State University. With her experience and knowledge, she is able to provide invaluable marketing expertise, fresh ideas, and puts her on the leading edge of technology and strategy for her clients and partners.

With deep roots in Tallahassee, Rachael has a personal relationship with North Florida and a love for all that it has to offer. She is an active volunteer in the community, avid runner, loves live music, cooking and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two young children.
