Piedmont-Live Oak Homes for Sale

By 1948, the plantation closed and the grounds were sold to make residential homes, however, the natural beauty remains, making this a highly desired neighborhood for many. Large homes are set back from the oak-lined road, many with impressive entrance gates. Although passersby can still see the gorgeous exteriors with large front porches, 2-story, southern-style columns and perfectly manicured lawns.

For nature lovers, the Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park is just right around the corner. Grab a coffee at Lucky Goat on your morning commute, or a beer on the weekend at Growler Country.
