Killearn Lakes Plantation is a subdivision located in northeast Tallahassee that is comprised of more than 10 smaller neighborhoods, with Golden Eagle being at the center. The majority of the neighborhoods are part of the Killearn Lakes Homeowners Association, however, Golden Eagle does have a separate HOA with a different set of governing rules. All 9 homes were detached single family homes with an average of 3.5 bedrooms and 2.2 bathrooms. They had an average square footage of 1,921 and were on the market for about 20 days. 

In March 2022, 14 homes were sold in the Killearn Lakes neighborhood. The average listing price for these homes was around $346,550 and the average selling price was $356,839. All 14 homes were detached single family homes with an average of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They had an average square footage of 1,964 and were on the market for about 31 days. 

In April 2022, 9 homes sold. All were detached, single family homes. The average list price was $339,511 and the average sold price was $342,166. Homes are still being sold over asking in the current environment. In terms of features, all but one house that sold in Killearn Lakes were 3 bed, 2 bath homes, ranging from 1,396 - 2,219 sq. ft. There was one 4-bed, 3-bath home that sold during this time period.
