Panacea Mineral Springs was founded in 1895. Known for its healing properties, the seven springs are famous for their curing waters. In the early 1900's, visitors came from all over the world to bathe in the waters and stay in the Panacea Hotel. Although the hotel was destroyed by a fire, the Panacea Mineral Springs still exists today.
