Good looking land. Fully wooded. Property not in AG Covenant. No Zoning. Consult with Grady County for Land Use Rules. Soil maps indicate suitable soils for homesites. Somewhat of an incline coming on to property from Hwy but manageable for a driveway. Check with GA DOT about driveway for intended use. Bring walking boots and some bug spray. Not too bad of a walk. Pretty clean understory in places. Appears to be some pretty good timber on the property. Property has a lot of character including Whopper Pines and an Ogre Tree(See Pic) or two! Property should work for multiple homesites. Big Longleaf and Loblolly Pine. Big Oaks. Some rise and fall across property. You have to get on the property to appreciate it. When you get on the back side of property you really think you are deep in some big woods.
