It is perfect for first time home buyer. The large yard is fenced and has plenty of room for fur babies to run around. The patio outside the dining area (and weather) was perfect for coffee Saturday morning. The street is quiet, without a lot of traffic. The commute to the university was quick and took about 20 minutes depending on traffic. Other than a few dogs and squirrels the backyard was even quieter. This cozy house was a great investment for the young lady who bought it as a new FSU freshman when she was 18. She is sad to see it go, but her loss is your gain.
