All appliances are in excellent working condition as is the HVAC system. Dog Island is a special taxing district with a 4mill property tax add on, no HOA. This is a great family beach cottage, would easily sleep 10 people comfortably. Dog Island is a special place with no large crowds, no stores, restaurants, etc. You will need to bring all your supplies with you, since there is nowhere to buy anything. The Nature Conservancy has first right of refusal on all Dog Island property.
