Wherever you are, It's a beginning! What beginning brought you to my site?

Hi, my name is Thelma J Palmer, but friends call me TJ. My own story began when after receiving my Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing & Communications from Florida State University, I wanted a career that changed lives in a meaningful way. As a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker, I am able to share in the wonderful experience of home ownership or investment development with clients. 

  For buyers & sellers, I have the experience in market analysis, advertising & negotiation to provide extraordinary service. Earning my MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate, I am able to evaluate potential properties to increase ROI for investment portfolios. For my sellers, I focus on maximizing a property's digital presence through CB's powerful global network and through multiple social media platforms. Enhancing my professionalism further, I recently earned the Graduate Realtor Institute Designation from the National Association of Realtors.

   Finally, since safety, security & home integration systems are highly requested, I am a certified "Smart Home" Realtor, as well as a member of the National, Florida and Tallahassee Board of Realtors, the Women's Council of Realtors, Choose Tallahassee and the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce.

What do I do when I not working, you ask? I have 2 children; Travis & Brittany, both FSU graduates; devoted mother, respected entrepreneur, and a focused community activist, I'm a voracious reader, who loves to cook and has a twisted passion for Crossfit. In my spare time, I tutor & play golf.
