Credentials

• CRS: Certified Residential Specialist - CRS is the professional designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS designation is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4% of all Realtors® hold the CRS Designation.
• GRI: Graduate Realtor Institute - New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers requires real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. • Having served on the Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee at the Tallassee Board of Realtors, serving as past chair of Legislative Days, and serving as the lay person on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for three years, I pride myself on my honesty and integrity and have become a trusted advisor to many.

• I have served on the Board of Directors of the Junior Museum, as the Chairman of Market Days, and have headed the committee for the very first Springtime Tallahassee celebration in 1971. I have always had an affinity for the arts and am a member of the Lemoyne Art Foundation, a member of the Gadsden Arts Center, and an avid supporter of Young Actors Theatre.
