My name is JoAnn and I'm a proud member of The Jacobs & Chavez Team of Coldwell Banker Hartung. Our three person team consists of myself and my husband Tom Jacobs and our business partner Martin Chavez. Our team services all of Tallahassee and surrounding areas including Wakulla, Jefferson, Franklin, and Gadsden County.
Tom and I have been selling real estate in the Tallahassee and surrounding areas for 23+ years. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with premier service and expert advice.
